Window Cleaning
We offer a wide array of window services in all residential, commercial and construction sectors.
All of our technicians are professionally trained, look professional, trustworthy, customer oriented individuals who believe in doing quality work.
Here are some things to look for when choosing a window cleaning company:
- Will they open each window and clean your sills and tracks? (Most window washers never open the windows)
- Do they actually scrub your screens instead of just wiping them off? It makes no sense to have clean glass and dirty screens.
- Do they look professional and are they in company uniforms? If they're not willing to invest in looking professional, then they're in this for the short term.
- Ask for plenty of references along with phone numbers. A reputable window washing company should be glad to provide them to you.
- Are they insured? Things happen. You need to be fully protected in case of unforeseen situations. (As a side note, we've never had a claim)
- Do they use poles or ladders? You can't wash a window (and do a great job) from a distance using a pole. We several several different size ladders, so we'll be able to access every single window.
- Do they your straight strokes or a continuous stroke with the squeegee. (straight strokes, no matter how clean the water is, will always leave streaks)
Here's a complete description of how we clean your windows every time:
- We start by removing all screens.
- We hand wash both sides of your screens with a soft bristle brush then wash them and rinse them off and set the screens aside to dry.
- We begin cleaning the outside of your windows first, using a soft strip washer and a very concentrated window washing solution. The solution we use will not only make your windows sparkle, but it'll protect the glass from the harsh elements.
- We then use a special porcupine scrubber to get off paint overspray, bug marks, sap, etc.
- After thoroughly wetting the window again with our strip washer and solution, we squeegee the water off and towel dry around the edges where water collects.
- After the outside windows are done, we'll then move our operation inside and repeat the process.
- When we're inside, we clean the window tracks and window sills.
- It's now time to put all of the clean screens back in place.
- To finish up, we will walk around your home to double check the windows and put all of your furniture back where it was.
If you're looking for a quick in and out window cleaning job, our company isn't for you. But if you want a window cleaning you'll be happy with-one that you'll tell your friends and neighbors about-then please contact us. We stay pretty booked, so it's best to call early.
